Our faith community reaches out to our sick and aged parishioners by bringing the Body of Christ to people at Country View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, the Inn at Walnut Trail, and to those who are homebound.
Please contact Deacon Carl if you know of someone who is not physically able to attend Mass and would like to receive communion.
