Coffee & Donut Volunteer Orientation
If you’ve ever enjoyed our coffee and donuts after Mass, we invite you to help keep this tradition going! We’re looking for volunteers to take turns hosting—just a few times a year makes a big difference.
We’ll be holding a Coffee & Donut Volunteer Orientation on August 23 from 10:00 - 11:00 am, and we’d love for you to join us.
Donut Pickup Volunteers Needed

Donut Pickup
When: Sunday mornings, anytime after 7:30 am
Where: Yummee Donut Shop, Sunbury Square
Details:
- Pick up 8–9 large boxes of donuts on your way to church or after 7:30 am.
- Bring donuts to the FFC north door (no money needed).
- A cart is available in the kitchen to load the boxes.
- Place half the boxes in the kitchen and the other half on the serving table, ready for after 9 AM Mass.
- One family typically handles pickup for the entire month, or two families can share a month.
Make Coffee & Set Up (Before 9:00 Mass)
When: Arrive by 8:15 am
Details:
- Make coffee and hot water for tea.
- Set out creamer, sugar, sweetener, tea bags, cups, stirrers, donation basket, and napkins.
Make Coffee (Before 11:00 am Mass)
When: Arrive by 10:15 am
Details:
- Make coffee and hot water for tea.
- Place donuts, coffee, and hot water for tea on the serving table.
- Take donation money to the drop box.
Clean Up (After 11:00 am Mass)
When: Begin around 12:30 PM
Details:
- Great job for a family to help with!
- Rinse pots, put condiments away, deposit donation money in the drop box, and take out the trash.
